Sad to say but not my favorite Stop trying to make this sooo complicated Its not funI hate giving less that great reviews especially about a series that I have been following loyally but well, that s my point I have been loyal and frankly I am disappointed There were a lot of good things about this book but they couldn t make up for te parts that are less than good I will say I have been a fan of Draven since the beginning of course but how can you not be He s the sexy supernatural alpha w Sad to say but not my favorite Stop trying to make this sooo complicated Its not funI hate giving less that great reviews especially about a series that I have been following loyally but well, that s my point I have been loyal and frankly I am disappointed There were a lot of good things about this book but they couldn t make up for te parts that are less than good I will say I have been a fan of Draven since the beginning of course but how can you not be He s the sexy supernatural alpha we all love even when he is being a jerk.I will start by saying you should read this series Nothing has changed my mind about that.yet The first 3 books in the series are awesome but starting with the 4th its like the author just decided to go in this other direction, adding too many story lines making the story hard to follow Then the 5th book part 1 came out and I was relieved that it seemed she had turned back to the original story keira and dom There has always been a good amount of action but it has progressively gotten just too overwhelming and frankly exhausting Dom is a supernatural King put on earth to police all others and find His Electus , the chosen one Keira is his Electus and meant to save the world So why does he keep letting her get kidnapped, stabbed or cut or die almost die And why oh why does literally run away from everything , they fight she cries and runs, there is a misunderstanding she cries and runs, she thinks he s keeping secrets she runs Tell me how does this make her independent again She doesn t listen to people who clearly knowabout the supernatural world than her, seriously Give it a rest already So back to the review So once again after finally getting to be with one another again at the end of the last book , Keira is once again manipulated into getting trapped kidnapped in her own head what Completely goes against what we have been told in all the other books about what a strong mind she has or supposedly has Like I said moving away from the original premise that brought so many to invest in this story For what To find Vincents Electus Which is one if the good parts in this book finally he gets happiness But even that is watered down because since when does everyone have an Electus All the other books made it seem as Keira was the only one and that was of the reasons she is special Pip us funny again her and Adam are endearing as usual But once again as in book 5 part 2 Dominic and Keira spend a lot of the book apart and when they are together, they keep secrets for no reason, plot ways to save the world separately and almost die because they love each other so much they are willing to die All of which is great..once Not every damn book How about acting like a grown up or better yet husband and wife and actually planning together to save the world Oh and how about finally having Keira and Dominic not spend the most of the book apart And lastly PLEASE noKeira getting kidnapped I know its fiction but she doesn t need to get kidnapped every book.So why the 3 stars I will tell you Simply because I loved most of the other books and despite all the weird nonsense in this book, I am hoping we get back to the roots Libby, Frank, RJ, Jack and all the other mostly normal people she is trying to save from world destruction

Once again I loved this book and can t wait for the next I got to see another side of Draven that I haven t seen in any of the other books and although I was a bit confused of the whole Katie is actually Keira concept, I was still loving every moment of this journey However what I did not like about this book particularly is that now it seems everyone will soon have an electus and that Vincent was willing to just throw Katie Keira into danger to save his own chosen one who btw he has never Once again I loved this book and can t wait for the next I got to see another side of Draven that I haven t seen in any of the other books and although I was a bit confused of the whole Katie is actually Keira concept, I was still loving every moment of this journey However what I did not like about this book particularly is that now it seems everyone will soon have an electus and that Vincent was willing to just throw Katie Keira into danger to save his own chosen one who btw he has never met before I liked how in the other books every man she meets sorta falls in love with her and Vincent was one of those men, he loved Keira but I guess not very much due to his actions I forgive him though, my loves in this book is Draven and Lucius Going back to what I was saying of how people now get to have their own electus kinda spoils the whole story of how Keira is the ONLY Chosen One, that s what made her so incredibly special in the first place And what I can t fathom from this idea is Lucius having his own electus, to me I love lucius as equally as I love Draven and Luc loves Keira also, he has said so himself and keira loves him, she s shown that love in previous books and after his death in the pentagram child part 1 we could see how much he meant to her I think what would make the upcoming Booksenjoyable is having Keira become Lucius Electus also, she already is the love of the two most powerful beings in the supernatural world and there is so much history between them and the way they act together is soooo sweet and hilarious, I wouldn t want that to end if luc ever gets his own electus Anyways this is just my opinion and probably of many other people also Just putting my thoughts and wishes out there

This addition to the afterlife saga was really interesting, opening upquestions.Keira katie has had her memory wiped and is living in the hexed colony for the past 8 months while Draven is going crazy looking for her, suffice to say they find each other but things are all in disorder.Although the prophecy was still in the background and the end, it was nice to trace back to the real Dom and Keira and why we love them and grow to love Katie and Ari too the twin sister of Keira alter Ego This addition to the afterlife saga was really interesting, opening upquestions.Keira katie has had her memory wiped and is living in the hexed colony for the past 8 months while Draven is going crazy looking for her, suffice to say they find each other but things are all in disorder.Although the prophecy was still in the background and the end, it was nice to trace back to the real Dom and Keira and why we love them and grow to love Katie and Ari too the twin sister of Keira alter Ego Katie this bit still confusing me I was really hoping Katie and Lucius get together that way he gets a part of Keira too, unfortunately i think not though as the paranormal s seem to recognize their chosen immediately, and he just fancies Katie because she s like Keira Would have been an interesting love triangle again lol.I admittedly skimmed alot of the descriptions and feelings as the author does tend to go on a bit and repeat herself on certain things, with a minor adjustment Also wasn t keen on the new sister appearing felt a bit Dawn Buffy which put me off that t.v series hence the 4 stars. But still love our original characters from the first 3 books, still think the story was great and still thoroughly enjoyed the book

I love d this book, this series, and the characters in it The first quarter of the book was a bit confusing because it did not include the characters that I have come to know and love Instead the reader ends up following Katie and Arianna in the nightmarish hell that is the cult of the Hexad I cannot say muchwithout spoiling the twists and turns that the author has laid out, but all is well that ends well I was thrilled to see some loose ends start to be tied and to witness seemingly I love d this book, this series, and the characters in it The first quarter of the book was a bit confusing because it did not include the characters that I have come to know and love Instead the reader ends up following Katie and Arianna in the nightmarish hell that is the cult of the Hexad I cannot say muchwithout spoiling the twists and turns that the author has laid out, but all is well that ends well I was thrilled to see some loose ends start to be tied and to witness seemingly disparate plot points coming together for the climax that will be the 2 parted 7th and final book in the series Not to worry, there will be spin offs of some of our favorite characters that we cannot get enough of and I am thrilled that Vincent will be first to deservedly get this attention Lastly, I am so happy to see Keira really put on her big girl pants and kick some ass, as she was literally born to do.Another fabulous addition to the series, which pushes you think, cry, laugh, and feel I cannot wait to read the next part, which is coming out in March April 2016

I enjoy this series but this book was just too much, kidnapped again, doesn t know who she is, 8 months apart, arguments that get forgotten as soon as he kisses her or forces himself on her at one point, yeah no I am going to give the next book another go as I do enjoy this series but this book just felt pointless and going round in circles repeating previous actions

Kiera is always being kidnapped I guess it would be nice to see that not happening in the next book I would rather like to see her and Draven fighting side by side through out the book I honestly hated the first half of the book and found my self skipping pages The second half of the book was the best But what sacked the most was Kiera being trapped inside her own head.

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers To view it, click here Waited for ever to read this book, I must admit the first 6 7 chapters I really struggled with getting lost in the mirrored image and nearly gave up Perseverance paid off as the plot thickened up with the appearance of Lucius yum yum I so glad I carried on reading This was a slow start but really picked up with some major butt whooping going on, role on the next one
