Spoiled kid overly indulgent father and awful baby talk grammar

  2. Margaret Margaret says:

A toddler doesn't want to go to bed She's too excited about her birthday party the next day So she makes her Dad do all sorts of things before bed And while she's waiting for him to find her perfect sippy cup she explores the castle that she lives in and visits Aunty Fairy With the protagonist being a toddler I wondered why this isn't a board book or a format that toddlers would better enjoy But it's a whimsical story and I'll check out the others

  3. Mely Mely says:

Inspired by the fairy tale but NOT a retelling of Sleeping Beauty I actually think this was a lot better than the Tiny Cinderella book we read last time The toddler in this story speaks in complete sentences This is a fun silly story about bedtime to be taken lightly So don't expect a moving literary picture book

  4. Beckie Beckie says:

A kid version of the classic A little girl stays up all night anticipating her birthday party and then sleeps through the whole next day and the party When she awakens it's the following night so they have a pajama party instead Was just ok not great but definitely not bad

I like the concept of this book I also like all the colorful illustrations

  6. Clare Rossetter Clare Rossetter says:

Fun story of a little girl not ready for bed Not a new theme but a clever take off of the sleeping beauty story and a parent struggle to get a child to sleep The illustrations are simple and use bright colors The font size changes and is all over the page at times in dialogue boxes Fun tale of bedtime struggles with an interesting interaction between the sleep child and aunty fairy that finally leads to bedtime Interesting book that young students will enjoy and they will most likely relate to the little girl and her struggle to not go to bed

  7. Brindi Michele Brindi Michele says:

    princessbirthdaypajama party themes

  8. Amanda Amanda says:

Why is everyone giving this such low ratings? Does everyone not have a sense of humour any? Does everyone not have kids or understand how little kids work? Seriously? This is my favorite one in the series so far Love Aunty Fairy and the cats in her pockets Love how Daddy recognizes that everyone is very tired and therefore very emotional and just need to apologize and then go to bed and get some rest Yeah for a Daddy Daughter bookLove the creative twist on the classic fairy tale This is adorable Love how everyone was respected and heard in this

  9. Kate Scott Kate Scott says:

Another wonderful book in Teresa Heapy's inspired take on traditional fairy tales The author effortlessly captures the tone of our determined and charismatic young heroine perfectly and the book is an utter delight

  10. Miss Sarah Miss Sarah says:

A young sleeping beauty doesn't want to go to bed before her birthday and her aunt tries to give her a spinning wheel What will happen? Cute retake and simple enough for any toddler and up whether they know the story or not
