This novel was fantastic It was a refreshing take on an apocalyptic world with a storyline that was hard to put down I went from, I ll read a few pages and then come back later to I m 56 pages in and if you disturb me, you won t like the beast you ll unleash Once again McCann s writing hit s home with unique characters you can t help but to love and descriptive narration that puts you right in the heart of the story I am refraining from writing a FULL review, and saying too much, but I w This novel was fantastic It was a refreshing take on an apocalyptic world with a storyline that was hard to put down I went from, I ll read a few pages and then come back later to I m 56 pages in and if you disturb me, you won t like the beast you ll unleash Once again McCann s writing hit s home with unique characters you can t help but to love and descriptive narration that puts you right in the heart of the story I am refraining from writing a FULL review, and saying too much, but I will release one closer to the time of the publishing date Then I will update it on here as well UNTIL THEN, just know that this story will not easily be forgotten I have already recommended this book to several friends and family members and if you re reading this review, I recommend it to you as well

The character development was done well here Especially for the protagonist Ethan Interesting apocalypse scenario and good realistic steady build up of the relationships between the characters Author almost does too well in portraying teens in an apocalypse with the hashtag facebook status update which kind of got annoying lol A solid smooth progressive build up to the final climax A lot of action gore This book has potential to be made into a good z action movie if done right.
