This is no good What a disappointment after I enjoyed Importance so much I m sure this is a very skilful homage to the Woolf novel it picks up, but I found the writing to be anaemic and the constant POV switches my bugbear infuriating I didn t care about any of the characters and I didn t believe in any of their situations Ugh.

Adult siblings in London in the 90s are coping with the death of their brother in different ways I enjoyed the setting and the different characters, but the back and forth was quite confusing I would search out other books of Greenlaw s to read.
